And when you combine the power of these individuals into teams, they are inspired and motivated to create something wonderful; something bigger than anything they could have accomplished by themselves.

Recently, our team completed a project for a world-renowned casino in Las Vegas. While many members of our team contributed to the project, two key individuals brought the team together to ensure our best work was put forward and the client was satisfied. Dan Edmonds, Director of Client Experience Management and Ercella Wilson, Project Manager, form a dynamic duo that are able to mix professionalism and humor in a way that keeps projects moving, intense, focused, but fun.

Dan and Ercella were tasked with guiding hotel and CRS teams through the launch of a new booking engine and bringing them to steady-state on their customized booking experience.

In Dan the client found a true advocate; someone who uses his knowledge and experience to build relationships and trust, and helps clients solve operational problems with technology. His generosity in sharing his knowledge triggers the openness that allows SHR to anticipate clients’ needs.

In Ercella the client found a guided path through a complex and intense integration. Her ability to keep tasks moving in order to deliver a positive impact allowed our people to see the way forward. She was quick to engage with multiple teams, while exploring different options and managing expectations.

Together they created project magic!

Dan has a long history in the hospitality industry, from hotel operations, to OTA’s, and now on the CRS side. He is originally from the UK, and though his accent still gives him away, he has become a very well acclimated son of the great state of Texas.

Ercella is a proven leader in process improvement and project management. She holds a BS and MBA from Virginia Tech, has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and is a six-sigma black belt.
