Ian Kemp

Director of Client Success

As Director of Client Success, Ian’s focus is on providing guidance and support to his team to ensure all of SHR’s clients are able to maximize their usage of and benefit from the Windsurfer® CRS platform. Ian joined SHR in 2016 as a member of the Client Experience Team, where he participated in content sharing via webinars, articles, and educational white-board videos, furthering the company’s vision of simplifying distribution for hoteliers.

Directly before joining SHR, Ian worked in the world of online travel with Expedia Inc. as part of their Market Management Team, focusing on driving revenue and market share for the Texas coastal region. Prior to Expedia, Ian held the role of Front Office Manager on the opening team of the 1000-room Omni Dallas Hotel, having completed their management program and handling Guest Relations within the Rooms Division of Omni Hotels & Resorts in Corpus Christi, Texas starting in 2010.

Ian is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire-Whittemore School of Business and Economics, and holds a BS degree in Hospitality Administration and Management.
