In his role as Director of Software Development, Rutwik is responsible for leading SHR’s software development team.
He ensures technology standards and best practices are met as it pertains to software development, quality assurance.
Rutwik brings to SHR extensive experience in managing several development teams across the globe in various domains including Hospitality, ECommerce, Oil and Gas, Government, and Education.
He started his career in the hospitality industry as a Contract Software Architect working for Innlink Reservation Services in 2012 and then later also worked as Contract Development Manager for SPI Inc on their PMS product for Timeshare rental industry.
Rutwik has spent several years at Oracle, part of their eBusiness Suite ERP team, leading their Oracle Exchange product team.
Rutwik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Technologies from Nagpur University in India.
