Director of Technical Support
Chris Collins came to SHR in 2016, bringing with her a decidedly customer-centric mindset coupled with a deep 20-year background in software development. In her role as SHR’s Director of Technical Support, Chris’ core mission is to not only meet but exceed customer expectations by creating and leading top-notch technical teams to support the company’s software applications.
Prior to joining SHR, Chris held multiple technology leadership positions, including a 12-year tenure as Director of Cloud Services for Bridgeway Software. In this role, she led the implementation of world-class SaaS and cloud applications and was responsible for the creation and enforcement of confidential, legal, financial, and federal regulations, ultimately attaining World-Class Net Promoter Scores.
Chris studied Computer Science at Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University. In addition to being a Certified Information Systems Auditor, ISACA CISA, she is also a certified CLA+ Accomplished Critical Thinker via the CAE and is CompTIA Project certified.
