What we do
We provide hoteliers with innovative software backed by unparalleled service to help them optimize profitability of their room inventory.
SHR’s origins stem from Whiteboard Labs and before that, Webvertising, two companies known for their innovation in the hospitality industry. In fact, our flagship product, Windsurfer® CRS is not the only reservation and distribution platform we’ve built, having sold our first in 2003.
Today, SHR can be found in thousands of hotels, in 68 countries. Our headquarters is in Houston, Texas with satellite offices in Nashville, San Diego, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Singapore, China, and India.
How we work
We aim to provide a work environment where people are challenged, have fun, and most of all, are valued.
It’s no secret, if you treat your employees right, they’ll treat your customer right. SHR can be described as a customer-centric culture where employees are valued. We are a flat organization, with very little bureaucracy, providing our staff broad responsibilities and everyone is focused on the customer. If you want to make the difference in the lives of hoteliers, we should talk.
