Said Tabrizi

Director of Information Security / Data Protection Officer

In his current role, Said is focused on establishing and administering all security strategies and procedures, including the development and implementation of SHR disaster recovery programs in accordance with organizational security standards. He is also responsible for evaluating information risk on a regular basis while continually building understanding and awareness of security issues throughout the company.

Prior to joining SHR in 2017, Said held multiple key technology security positions for several leading companies such as West Point, Lockheed Martin, and United Airlines, including a 14-year tenure as Consultant, Instructor, and Course Developer for Hilton Computer Strategies/C-Trec. Among his achievements in his Hilton role were training staff at Exxon Mobil and Marathon Oil in system administration and SharePoint security, while simultaneously developing SharePoint farm administration and security courseware. Said also possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, having owned a digital and network forensic company called CaseDiscovery LLC., which revolved around discovering evidence for civil and criminal court cases.

In addition to being a Certified Crystal Report trainer and a Microsoft Certified Instructor, he is also CHFI, CEH, CPEH, CISSO, EnCE and MCSE certified, and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from M.E.T.U. Ankara, Turkey.
