Sarah Jones

Director of Special Projects and Key Client Success

Sarah joined SHR in 2014 as Director of Revenue Management Services and Special Projects. During that time, Sarah oversaw all operations for the Revenue Management for Hire department. In 2018, Sarah’s role shifted focus to key account management to collaborate with clients and maximize their benefits from the Windsurfer® CRS platform and other SHR services. In addition, she also currently leads and manages special projects for the company.

Prior to SHR, Sarah held multiple key roles in London and the United States, directing revenue management projects and initiatives for an independent hotel chain, comprising 120 properties worldwide. In addition to her revenue management expertise, Sarah has served as the front office manager and assistant hotel manager at two different large hotel properties, bringing real-world experience to her role.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from San Francisco State University.
