HOUSTON, TX, HONG KONG, SINGAPORE, October 4, 2017—Rod Jimenez, CEO for SHR, Sceptre Hospitality Resources, a leading provider and pioneer of advanced hotel distribution technologies, will be speaking as an expert panelist at two major hospitality technology events.
The first panel, The Future of Hotel Technology, will be held at the Revenue Strategy Forum, Hong Kong, Hotel ICON, on October 11, 12:00-1:00 p.m. This discussion will revolve around how innovative hotel companies are beginning to rethink their tech stack, and are looking for new ways to integrate multiple systems in a modern cloud architecture to better personalize offers and experiences for guests.
The second panel, E-Commerce: Driving Direct Bookings to Enhance Yields and Loyalty, will be held at the Hotel Management Singapore Summit, Sofitel Singapore City Centre, on October 12, 1:40-2:20 p.m. The conversation will center on new ways to encourage guests to book direct and will cover topics such as website design, reservation portal to payment gateways, technological resources, and crafting an all-rounded direct booking strategy.
